KCSTAAR

Lynne Zoulek is the Project Director for the KC STAAR Grant. She has worked in the field of substance abuse prevention for the last 7 years.
Lynne is a graduate of Wartburg College and has a degree in Social Work.
She currently lives outside of Washington, IA with her husband and son. She likes to listen to music, camp, hike, do photography and scrapbook.
